Hi- I am a newby but I will say that I have had issues with papertowels. It wasn't the same brand that you mentioned. I have since swithched to Bounty and have seen quite an improvement. I had been microwaving my bread, to defrost it, on paper towels and kept feeling sick but once I switched I haven't had any other problems. Hope this helps.

Hi- I know that I am new to all of this but isn't Lactaid a decent alternative or am I missing something? -
Has any one heard whether Wu Jin San is gluten free or not? It is a Fulvic Acid Solution Herbal Supplement used to detoxify. I can't imagine that it would contain gluten, but I have bee fooled in the past.
