I have the same Problem and have only had luck with miralax. That is what the doctor said. I feel like anything that works may cause a dePendency. Have u ever tried that or is that bad stuff? Janiepoo -

If I have been off gluten for like 3 weeks, is that too long off gluten to get the biopsy? And do I go to a gastroenterologist? -
I am self diagnosed also and though I would really like to get a real diagnosis, I am not sure I want to go back to eating gluten just yet. I have only been off for a few weeks and immediately felt better, but then ran into dry roasted peanuts which was an issue. When I figured that out I felt better but in the last few days have been getting headaches...
