I have never dared to test mcd on anything except for a drink. I'm thinking I might try a blizzard or something but that's it. I really think it depends on which Mcd's restuarant you go to. I'm SO sensitive that HALF a crumb can make me sick. it's so annoying.

I was just about to make some gingerbread houses and all of a sudden I remember: You need omething to stick the pieces together! please HELP!
-
we used to always make gingerbread houses at Christmas every year. But unfortunatly the recipe I have for gingerbread is for cookies and is not sticky enough to hold together to be a house. Any recipes? if you do please e-mail me with it! will be much appreciated!

maybe you should try allergy testing. I have tons of stuff that make me sick f I eat too much of it.

thank you sooo much! I'm going to go buy them right away!!!

If the guy if right for you then it's shouldn't matter what his dietary needs are. If he truly loves you then he would be considerate and not plop something with gluten in it in front of you and then make you feel bad that you can't eat it. ( I personally would prefer a picnic better than a resteraute anyway) But I suggest just to let some years go by and see what you think then.

I haven't heard of using anything else but you should really try the gluten-free diet and if you are a celiac the your use of it will be MUCH less. AfterI became dianosed I didn't use it everyday. I don't even use it every week now. once a month. If that! You should really try going gluten-free. Getting a blood sample is so easy!
Good luck!

ttry using rice milk. My bro has been milk free since he was an infant. Just make sure you read the side because we just recently found out that rice dream contains barley protein!!!!! So read the side. The stuff we now use if called natura rice-um. Weird name but it says Gluten-free on the side. It's almost like real milk.
Hope this helps!!!

I've not been using any acne pads for months because of the thought that they might not be gluten-free. HELP???

kissing someone who ate gluten???!
great now you got me worried. I'm going to go freak out now. good bye

My mom was also very thin-thinner than myself. She filled out just fine. She's fine now. I would just keep doing what you are and as long as you're eating then you should be fine. You seem to be eating quite healthy so I'd say you're doing pretty good.

Try eating some chocolate bars. I did that for the first little while and that's helped me some. MY favortie are the crunchie and the resses peanut butter cups absolute fav: Eat More Bars! try eating some snickers aswell! they are awesome! (any candy is awesome as long as it taste's good!
) try skittles too!

if you are going without cheese as well there are goat's milk cheese and also cheese made out of rice. hope that helps!

you can get soy milk or rice dream ice cream. They are oth good since I can't have milk myself. MY brother has been milk free and soy free all his life. I do not reconmend the goat's milk. It smells like stinky feet and though my brother liked it I do not trust his judgement since he'll eat anything. I agree that some of the store bought gluten-free cookies are kinda gross. I bake my own and they taste 100% better. My favorite are the Oreo and the Peanut Butter.

Thank you for putting up this question of how to convince relatives to get tested. I'm sure that my mom, sister and brother have it. My sister has gone so far as to have her hemorroids banded but won't ask the doctor to test her for celiac. They are so afraid that their lives will be drasticly changed that they won't even hear of it. They make me angry and sad at the same time. They would feel so much better.

You're not supposed to take on a regular basis. it says so on the back of the container.
