Digestive issues seem to happen within the hour for me. I accidently got gluten not too long ago and it was so bad I ended up having to stay home from work. I was not able to do the gluten challenge at all. Lucky for me, I have a great GI. -

I was officially sent to a GI doctor because of elevated liver enzymes. I was very sick and could barely eat and had a rash on my neck that looked like pimples and more on my scalp. The only things I could keep in me were things that didn't have gluten in them. My celiac panel was high but not within range to diagnose with celiac but my doctor was concerned...
