  1. Kristy - Gastroscopy is just an endoscopy of your stomach, so it sounds like you already had that. Check to see if the doctor biopsied your stomach as well as your small intestines.   2. Before I was diagnosed with celiac disease, I itched from head to toe every day and got outbreaks on my shoulders, elbows, etc. I found that using plain aloe gave me about 10 hours relief. Considering the age of your son, that may work a little better than giving him antishistamines.

  4. All of the Boar's Head cold cuts and cheeses are gluten-free, except Dutch Loaf, Pickle and Pepper Loaf, Smoked Gruyere Cheese and Stuffed Cherry Peppers (all stuff I don't eat!). I confirmed this info with Boar's Head on 6/2/05.
