I just called our local Cheddar's restaurant to ask if there was anything gluten-free I could have at their location (N. Garland, TX). I spoke with a manager and was told that they can not give out that information and would not be making it public until they are required by law to do so in 2014. I don't think I will try back in 2014 either....
