  3. Don't be suprised if the nutritionist is a little lost. Lots of doctors are also lost when it come to celiac disease diet. You'll find as much info on the boards as anywhere but don't always trust that either. Check yourself when in doubt of an ingriedient. Just my experience.

    Anyone try Captain D's. I eat there with my little girl who has celiac disease. We have a friend that owns the resturant and he lets me go back and look at the ingredients. He also showed me how the broiler works. The broiled fish and shrimp are pre packed into individual pans and then ran through the broiler when ordered. Don't order it blackened, though...
  6. Hey guys, I took my three year old to the show, (its a dinner and show for those of you who are unfamiliar) after I contacted them 3 months prior. When we got there, I produced a pocket card and send it to the food manager. She promptly came out and recommended that I not eat anything.
