I had looked at the WDW public web site in advance but apparently didn't know where to look. When I arrived at Pop Century, I asked at the registration desk if the food court could accommodate food allergies (I have to be not only gluten-free but can't eat the common substitutes for gluten/wheat, plus additional allergies). The person went to ask Concierge...
