  1. Josh, I know how hard it is to deal with this diagnosis but you will succeed. (It is great that you caught it this early.) I had to change the way that I thought about food. Rather than try to find gluten-free versions of everything, go back to "square one" with meats, fish, vegetables and fruits (and there are so many of those!). Whether cooking at home...
  2. You might try chewing fennel seeds or cumin seeds. I found they help relieve indigestion and heartburn within minutes.
  3. Yes, the Kraft cheese powder is gluten-free. I have a list of the ingredients at home and can give it to you later but I use it with gluten-free pasta and it's great.
