Hi. When my son was first diagnosed, we went through 15 different brands of gluten-free bread, before we found "THE BREAD", and he has stuck with it ever since. It is made by Sterk's Bakery - which I believe is in Canada - just over the border. I do believe that they have a website. Makes fantastic grilled cheese sandwiches, and in fact, I have served...
