I do not have celiac disease, but I recently discovered I am allergic to most grains. I have been on a gluten free diet for about 3 weeks now and am feeling much better in countless ways. One thing I have noticed, however, is that alcohol seems to affect me much more. My tolerance seems to have gone out the window. I had a few glasses of wine a few nights...
