About Me

I was diagnosed with Celiac disease about 10 years ago, before it was commonly diagnosed or fashionable. Back then, finding gluten-free foods was almost impossible if you weren't on the outside perimeter of the grocery store.

I'm a writer who started out skip tracing and collecting money from deadbeats and quickly learned that liars come from all walks of life. I never actually stole a car, but sometimes hired big guys with tow trucks and a penchant for working in the dark when

  1. I think I've only had one dream in 10 years about eating gluten (at least, that I can remember) but when I have to handle bread for other people I get a creepy, crawly feeling and have to go wash my hands a couple of times. Freaks me out.

  3. I was diagnosed with Celiac disease 10 years ago and have been gluten free ever since. My #1 rule is that if I can't read the label, it doesn't go in my mouth. I've passed up a lot of yummy looking candy over the years because there wasn't a label or I didn't know 100% for sure that it was okay. It just too long to recover from a transgression. Terry
