  1. I just was able to get the time to log back on and receive your reply. I know you said you don't have the gene for it but there are cases in which people have gluten intolerance despite not having the gene. If your thyroid was destroying itself it sounded like some sort of autoimmune thryroid disease. It's well known that events such as surgery,illness, etc...
