    My DD is 8 and had an endoscope and blood work done 4 months ago that came back negative. Dr said to try gluten-free for a month and see what happens.     Just bought a bread maker and am looking for simple recipes. I don't want to experiment with different ones was hoping to find a foolproof one so I wouldn't have to waste all this expensive flour. Thanks in advance.

    My DD tested negative for Celiac and biopsy came back negative. Doctor told us to try gluten-free and so far it has helped her a lot. Before we stared gluten-free we ordered a bunch of Girl Scout cookies and the other day they came in she was sad that she wouldn't be able to eat any, and literally stared at them for a long time reading all the ingredients...

    Hi, my 8 year old daughter has been gluten-free for 6 weeks now and she has lost 3 pounds. Everyone that hasn't seen her in a while notice quickly that she lost weight.     I don't think milk is the issue, she always has cereal, cheese, rice pudding, etc., and no issues with those. My only other thing would be the different brand of yogurt. Thanks for your input though I appreciate it.

    This evening I made a rice and chicken dish for dinner. We eat plain yogurt with our rice as a side dish with and today was the first time I bought Dannon plain yogurt.     My DD has been gluten-free for a couple of weeks now and I wanted to ask if your child has been glutened or is having symptoms do you give them anything to help.     I have avoided giving my 8 year old DD any oatmeal because I couldn't get a straight answer about it being gluten-free. I have read a lot about cc and that is what I was worried about.     Ok so off the candy topic, her scope tests were negative. Now he has her on a gluten free diet for 4 weeks, which I started then add gluten after the four weeks and see what happens. He also had her do a stool test, because she still is having pain while eating. Waiting on those results.
