Hey LC, I have the same problem with coffee! It's brutal. I'm not technically celiac though, but I've been on a (mostly) gluten-free diet for 2 months now (lactose free for 2 years). This website says, "10% of coffee is a protein that cross reacts with gluten antibodies." (Open Original Shared Link) I'm not sure if that's our issue or not. I'm with... -
