Thank you for posting this! I am very newly diagnosed Celiac and have been gluten free only 4 weeks. I decided for convenience and peace of mind to make my kitchen gluten free. I have a 4 and 6 year old and didn't want to worry about washing my hands after I touched then if they had recently eaten. I want to be able to pick off their plate and vice versa...
