I have Celiac Disease, and I am on an elimination diet due to other food intolerances. I want to test garbanzo beans next, but I need to find a garbanzo bean product/company that is trustworthy. I want to make sure they weren't packaged on shared equipment. Are there any garbanzo companies out there that you know are safe? No cross contamination? Never make... -

Hello I was diagnosed with Celiac on Jan. 9. I have been reading through this website (and others) like crazy trying to put the pieces together.
