Some doctors just do not have a clue! My doc, refered me to see a surgeon who told me that my Iorn levels were low because of my period,( my faratin level was 1.4) and refered me to see a OB doc who sent me back to the surgeon who placated me but after a year of prodding agreed to do the scope and of my gosh if it did not come back positive. I am new to this celiac thing and I have heard that I have to get new pots and pans. Is this true? I have "Circulon" it does have a non-stick surface so I am a little worried but I hate to go out and spend close to a grand to replace what I have if it is not necessary. Please help as I would much reather spend this money on shoes! Thanks! Suzann

Traci, i have never done this befor, I am not so good with computers but here goes... I lived in europe for the last two years, which is were i was diagnosed with celiac disease. I am much more familiar with Italy. Most of the bigger cities speek english and celiac is very common there. I found it easy to eat at resturants, and you can look at the pharamcy...
