I had the same thing happen to me! I've had a very mild rash on the right side of my neck that would appear and disappear over the last year. I had both my doc and naturopath look at it. Doc said allergy to something I wear naturopath said thyroid. Then five days ago after being in the sun for a short time I broke out with this same rash all over the front...
