  1. Rice pasta with chicken sausage and broccoli with cheese. Salad with italian dressing and a banana. The pasta was not good. I'm still learning and shouldn't NOT have mixed the pasta with the sauce and stored together. Pasta was a mushy mess for lunch!

  3. Thanks, Cyclinglady, We do have a Trader Joe's close, I'll try that. I have rice noodles when I go to noodles or at restaurants and I love them. But at home were gluey. Guess I need to relax and get used to this. This sight and all the support is such a blessing.
  4. UGH! I'm new to gluten-free, as I was only diagnosed with celiac last week. But so far the food is frustrating me. I've found that (yeah) there are a lot of gluten-free products on the marketing and the (boo) they are all so different. What is everyone favorite pasta? I have tired corn and while the color is different, I didn't mind the taste and texture...
  5. Thanks everyone. I still have daily stomach issues and I am just frustrated. I guess my stomach is better in that before diagnosis I was constantly gassy and bloated and that's better. But I'm still going several times a day. I expected the fatigue to last. My doc said that would be one of the last symptoms to go away. I guess I need to just relax and...
  6. Anyone have suggestions for a multivitamin? I would love the gummie ones (makes me feel like a kid!) but just want something that won't make me sick! What does everyone take? Kim
  7. Hi everyone - I was diagnosed with celiac on Thursday of this week. I had the endoscopy on Wednesday and my doc said it was positve just by seeing my gut. The biopsy came through the next day confirming it. While I understand the diagnosis and will gladly embrace the gluten-free lifestyle (and don't expect overnight cures), I doubt I will every feel normal...
