I agree about the medical system being largely in the dark about celiac disease. An old Cherokee man told me about celiac disease, or I'd likely never figured-out I have it. I asked my dentist what effect it had on my gum disease, and he said he had never heard of it! Lucky for me, after going gluten-free my GD cleared up. I assume there are alot of...
