Darla1508, Have you tried a B-Complex. Like say a B-50 or B-100. Try taking it with each meal for two or three months to see if this helps. B-Vitamins are known to help Celiac's. https://www.celiac.com/articles/21783/1/B-Vitamins-Beneficial-for-Celiacs-on-Gluten-Free-Diet/Page1.html Or had your Iron levels checked? See this...

spirit_walk, I am sorry but I have not been able to read the whole thread. but I experienced your "popping" that you describe in the bones. Taking Magnesium Citrate helped mine. Here is a thread talks about all the benefits of Magnesium. Ennis_Tx and myself are the Magnesium Warriors on this board. Magnesium is really wonderful... -
Severe reaction to accidentally eating gluten
Posterboy replied to Blessedmewith4's topic in Super Sensitive People
Blessedmewith4, I vote for the shellfish allergy. I have had friends who had similar shellfish allergy issues and it sounds just like the episode you describe especially the tingling lips. They don't know what triggers it often. They may been able to eat shellfish before with no reaction but after the reaction they can't eat shellfish again...- 11 replies

Sarah C, I don't know if this will help you are not but I would research it. I dr. googled it (link below) but I knew where to look. A good diet for avoiding type 2 diabetes
Posterboy replied to cristiana's topic in Food Intolerance & Leaky Gut
cristina, Eat to your meter is great advice from cyclinglady. I have controlled my prediabetes for 5 years that way. It has not been over 6.5 A1c in over 5 years and most times it is in the low 6's or or even under (5.9 is considered normal). Before then it was over 8.5 at one point and the doctor's just wanted to give me more medicine. Now... -
Prologue I never know what to call a post. What Else Could it Be; Co-Morbidity in Celiac disease and what else could be causing your Celiac like symptoms or I had Celiac Disease and developed Pellagra. This is my story yours may be similar. I have tried to write as much as I could of this beforehand to summarize some of my experience and research since I...

GFinDC, I agree sites that don't sell something are better are at least they should be but as kareng points out . . . they can be useful resources for plain english explanation to laymen. I do find most doctor's sites that recommend vitamins/minerals also sell them. You can take the wrong kind/form (non-bio-available) like Magnesium Oxide and get...

gigdeb, It is amazing how many things line up when you first discover you have developed Celiac disease after all these years. Some of the same things associated with Celiac disease are also associated with having low stomach/poor gastric function. https://www.drmyattswellnessclub.com/GastricAcidFunction.htm And Graves disease is an associated...

Mrs. Doyle,
I saw you wrote about Niacin. Did you ever get better taking Niacin.
Have you ever researched much about Niacinamide. The Amide version of Niacin. It is the naturally flushless version of the Vitamin.
See the website in my profile if you want to research more about Niacinamide.
It really helped me.

seeking2012, ponyridepele is right. Low stomach acid contributes to GERD and too many CARBS if Dr. Chris Kreser is correct. Timeline is important with any diagnosis. IF you stomach acid was HIGH as you often hear (everywhere) you hear an acid for acid reducer’s then eating food (carbs, greasy things) wouldn’t bother you. The acid would cut...

tracym007, I think I mentioned this in another thread post. And why I mentioned the Niacin(amide) version for your lotion. Most people do not know there is actually two types of Vitamin B3. Niacin and the Amide version (non flushing) Niacinamide. B vitamins often help with stress. Vitamin B3 helps regulate histamine (think what cause's us to...

at wits end with this rash, Do you also have GI problems or has this rash preceded any GI issues (regular once a day). I did a quick search on Celiac.com and came up with this thread on the topic. I think it is very informative. Also have you tried a skin cream with Niacinamide in it. They can be hard to find. I am not recommending their...

I actually think gluten triggered my type II diabetes. If I was first diagnosed with Celiac Disease I wonder if I would have developed pre-diabetes in the first place. Nevertheless nutriiton has helped me keep my sugars underway after going gluten free. My a1c often would go over 7.5 without metformin. Once I took some Chromium Polynicotate to help...

Not Eaten Gluten In 4 Years . . . Is It Safe To Now Eat Gluten Again
Posterboy commented on Posterboy's blog entry in Posterboy's Blog
Road/Way Back Timeline Dear Gluten Intolerant, This is not something I have arrived at easily, or accidently I believe but by the grace of God. I think it is important to give you a time line of sorts for my gluten problems. After 35+ years of not having a definitive diagnosis when I got the Celiac Diagnosis (which I prompted my doctor to... -
Not Eaten Gluten In 4 Years . . . Is It Safe To Now Eat Gluten Again
Posterboy commented on Posterboy's blog entry in Posterboy's Blog
How can it be self promotion when the name of the book was not mentioned. No title was given. (As moderator moderate out offending references don't ban the whole post is the consideration I ask) when I spend hours taking the time trying to help fellow sufferers like myself. Either way I was trying to establish like many on this site once a sufferer you... -
Not Eaten Gluten In 4 Years . . . Is It Safe To Now Eat Gluten Again
Posterboy commented on Posterboy's blog entry in Posterboy's Blog
Kareng, I had just answered the question does vilous atrophy heal J. Podi. See my profile. I want to know could I be in remission and I didn't think the moderator would let me post something that might be considered heretical thinking. I have no symptoms that last more than the two weeks medically speaking that is defined as diarrhea or constipation... -
Not Eaten Gluten In 4 Years . . . Is It Safe To Now Eat Gluten Again
Posterboy posted a blog entry in Posterboy's Blog
I was/had been gluten free for 4 years. I have heard that (maybe urban myth) that gluten doesn't bother me anymore. How do I know gluten is bothering me again before it is too late? I am still regular even when I ingest gluten accidently or can't resist cheating. All I can think is my gluten allergy has gone away. Is this possible? Or...
