  1. If the itching doesn't go away, you might want to ask your gynecologist about lichen sclerosus. This is an autoimmune condition that causes the symptoms you've described.
  2. Hi. I was getting my usual gluten rash and couldn't figure out the culprit. I had limited my diet to rice/tamari/sesame oil/salt for three days and still was getting the rash. I have both igA and igE antibodies to gluten, so I did the following test: I did a scratch test with soy known to contain wheat, with Eden wheat-free tamari (the suspect)...
