I have celiac disease, as well as a gluten allergy (also allergic to dairy {casein and all forms of lactose}, soy, and sugar). My sensitivity for gluten is so minute, even products that say "made in the same factory as wheat but good techniques are used to avoid cross contamination" make me ill. My allergies give me the worst headaches ever when I ingest...

I buy this product every year for a tasty Julia Child dish, and as this is my first gluten-free year, I had to wonder if its gluten-free or not. The label says its only seasoned with salt, so I'm guessing its maybe safe? My celiac/gluten allergy is really sensitive, so I really need to be sure! Does anyone know about this brand of duck?
