She suggested either making a gluten-challenge once again to see if the IgA-antibodies go up again or conducting a gene-test.     Thanks for your answers! What exactly do you mean by the advice to "not overdo the gluten"? Can it influence the biopsy result in a negative way or is it "just" about my health maybe being unecessarily damaged if I eat too much gluten during the challenge?
