I listened to a medical doctor being interviewed on talk radio 2 years ago. He was discussing a gluten free diet. He began to list symptoms that vanish when his patients (sample size 2,000) eliminate gluten from their diets such as heart burn, IBS, sore joints, etc. I was astounded because I had all of these.
