I am wondering is sushi is gluten free? Specifically spicy tuna and spicy salmon rolls, those are my favorite. I know obviously I can't have any of the fried sushi rolls or anything with the crunchy onions they put on top (I checked and they fry those onions with wheat flour). I just found out I have celiac a month ago. So far the diet hasn't been that difficult, except for when I go out to restaurants. I have seen a lot of articles and posts on Facebook about people saying gluten free eating is just a fad diet and that gluten sensitivity doesn't really exist.
