I'm at 10 month gluten-free and my weight (I'm an obese girl) is staring to drop like 1/4-1/2 lb every 2 days or so. I'm not doing anything different like exercise. I have pretty bad psoriatic arthritis. I'm 45. Has this happened to anyone else at a certain time range in their gluten-free process?
