In response to you post., I've had a problem with refined sugar all of my life where I break out with large pus irruptions all over my body. Mostly now in my later years (now 59) on my face and scalp. Everything these days have refined sugar in it so it is a real challenge to fined foods that doesn't have any refined sugar in it. I did go to a doctor once...
