  1. Mine varies the longer that I go gluten-free without having any cheating whatsoever my symptoms get more intense. Of course there's the normal stomach cramping just feeling like your stomach sore feeling constipated. Then there are those strange triggers for me when i feel like it's just a trace punt and then I spend the rest of the day and next vomiting...
  2. It started when we went on vacation. I went with a friend and it is hard trying to eat out especially fast food when you have to eat gluten-free. Others don't get it. I took along my food enzymes and told myself to limit myself to one meal a day max that had gluten. Things just kind of spiraled from there. Kids are home for the summer and I just wanted bread...
  3. Still haven't done he testing to see if I have celiac.... But I know that the reaction I have to "gluten foods" is not just an ibs reaction .. I have had ibs in the past and it would happen with things that didn't have gluten in them as well. I don't agree with it
  4. I have been gluten free for almost a year. I went gluten free on my own because I was having issues with my thyroid and had heard it was good to stay away from gluten. I didn't realize I had sensitivities to gluten until that time. I noticed right away I wasn't getting tired or headaches after I ate and then when I did cheat it gave me cramps and diarriah...
