  1. I've lost about 40 lbs. since realizing I was gluten sensitive a little over a year ago. I'm also dairy sensitive; once I realized I was gluten sensitive, I made an strong effort to avoid both gluten and dairy, though I'm not 100% gluten and dairy free. I think I lost most of the weight from avoiding restaurants and prepared foods and also becoming more active...
  2. I'm sensitive to gluten and dairy (casein, whey, and lactose). Sometimes, I feel like the dairy is harder to avoid, and have to ask about vegetable sides containing butter whenever I go out to eat--still figuring out all the places where family and restaurants sneak in milk, butter, and flour.
