  1. There is beer here in Japan made 100% from soy beans. Officially it isn't beer to avoid high beer taxes that are based on the malt content. Going gluten free isn't all bad, you get to drink cheap beer! There are actually about 5 different brands that make gluten free beer now. Maybe I should export it to you guys overseas!
  2. There was a very interesting article in the "Shinshu Mainichi" newspaper yesterday. The Shinshu university has carried out test out 700 people that were reported with intestinal problems. 20 had positive blood tests, and out of the 11 that agreed to biopsies, 7 were positive for celiac disease. This has blown the theory that Celiac disease isn't here...

The kimall genetics said it is "extremely unlikey you have celiac". But..I have been gluten-free for 3 years now, my Father is very sensitive to gluten and diagnosed celiac about 50 years...
  6. I was the same; couldn't bear the pain in the end. Tried going off coffee as a last attempt (didn't want to go gluten-free) but that didn't help. Doctors told me to drink more water..that didn't help either. I just with I could get a definite answer on what is going on. I have had all tests possible now and still get all give negative. My father is...
  7. This is the best way I have ever heard what I get explained. But...after 2 negative blood test, a negative biopsy when I was young, and now.....a negative DNA test, I am at a loss what to do. I have been gluten-free for over 3 years now, and when I go back on gluten, or just eat out, I get migranes, "brain fog", headaches, unbelievable lower back pain so...
