When I touch things, I get glutened..either my Tide, or my Dawn Passion fruit dish soap is the culprit. And it's kind of a creeper to where I start questioning myself..is it gluten or my imagination. Hello, to answer part of the question regarding Febreeze having gluten in it..I was glutened by febreeze twice last week when I went to throw it away and then when it lingered in my trash pail..I'm still learning as I go.
