  1. I was diagnosed with Celiac disease a little over a year ago and have been gluten free since. I feel so much better now that I have been gluten free. However, I still have been having some issues particularly with acne, lethargy, and chronic congestion/post nasal drip. After talking with my doctor and reading multiple forums I have decided to eliminate dairy...
  2. I started seeing a DO a little over a year ago, originally for chest pain. She ran an EKG and stress test, spirometry etc. No indication of heart or lung problems. She also did extensive blood work (like 10 pages worth of results). Found high cortisol level and thus attributed chest pain to high stress/anxiety. She's run my blood almost every other month...
  3. I don't travel much so can't really tell you about the airport. And it takes me forever to...

I really appreciate the suggestions. There's actually not an HEB directly in my city, but we have Central Market and they have several HEB products since they are technically the same...
  6. Thanks, ya'll. I was thinking they should be safe being only fruit but I just wanted to check.
  7. Pretty new here. HEB (/Central Market) makes these things called Blendables - it's just frozen fruit but it's supposed to be in a convenient quantity of different ones so that all you do is add water and you have a smoothie. I know fresh fruit is safe, but what about frozen fruit? Is that generally considered safe to eat? Or do I need to call the...
