Here in the Chicago area, my favorite gluten-free restaurant is Big Bowl Chinese and Thai (especially the one in Schaumburg). They have a good gluten-free menu, and their stir fry bar is amazing, with a good selection of gluten-free sauces. They take food allergies very seriously.
