Hellooooo, Can a person on gluten-free diet be allergic to "Wheat Flour"(NOT gluten-free) just by working with it? Because yeasterday I was making some pastry (not for me) , and of course working with wheat... There was no reason for me to have urticaria a lot in my hands, so, is it possible for wheat (NOT gluten-free) to cause such a thing??? Pls...

Hey all, What's the matter with the no. 17?? I'm also 17 and looking forward to talk with people having the same problem... But you guys should thank God you have gluten-free food... Here where I live in Dubai, there are nothing for gluten-free except rice crackers and rice cakes... Nothing to substitute "bread"!! And, I also found no all of the ingredients...

Thanks all for your replies, The thing I'm looking for is a good doc. in where I live ..Which is Dubai. In Dubai they don't care much of "Gluten-free" foods... And don't even know about celiac disease. I don't like the idea of the test in which they reach your intestine.... And the other one by blood test isn't accurate.... The problem is not the diet... -
