  3. I'm still working on my Buddha Belly. I'm gluten-free for 8 years, low FODMAP for 1.5 years, SCD for 4 months. Have you tried low FODMAPS? From my understanding that would cut out foods that might contribute to gas and bloating, but wouldn't really resolve leaky gut, which is the reason high FODMAP foods might bother you.
