Kraft Peanut butter contains soybean oil - As it turns out, soy is incredibly cross-contaminated because most farmers who grow soy also grow wheat, and they use the same equipment (combines, storage and trucks) for both. The solution? You can buy certified Open Original Shared Link, but you may have to grow your own edamame.
