    I went to Baja Fresh on Monday and had the chips (I thought they were gluten free) now I'm not so sure. I didnt get immediately sick like usual but my stomach has been bothering me a little bit all week. I thought maybe it was a CC issue, but now I think maybe it was the chips alone. Does anyone know if the tortilla chips are gluten free?

    I used to get horrible canker sores before i went gluten-free as well. Now I only get them when I eat something that I shouldn't. Also, I only use toothpaste without Sodium Laurel Sulfate in it. I use Burt's Bees. I hope this helps!

    They make no reference to Gluten Free CousCous, Egg Noodles, etc. and there are no recipes either. The name of the cook book is "Healthy Cooking - Gluten Free Cookbook" by Paul Morgan.

    Isn't great! A lot of my friends have tried the gluten-free Pizza and they all agree that it is pretty good. Have you tried any of their appetizers yet? I have had the Cheese Bread...it is pretty good too!

    Email back from Pacific Foods: The wheat in the French Onion soup is called Vitacel. The gluten level in this wheat fiber falls below .10ppm, which is low enough for us to label this as gluten free. Attached is some information on this wheat fiber.     If you live in Arizona there is a pizzeria that has Gluten Free Pizza and Beer and it is amazing! They use seperate ovens, utensils and their servers know everything about Gluten!!     I use Toffuti Better than Cream Cheese all the time and I never have had any problems. I looked on their website and it looks okay to me. Hope this helps!

    I just bought the Pacific Food brand Organic French Onion soup (in the cardboard container) and it claims that it is Gluten Free. I am always extra careful so I went home and checked on the Pacific Foods website and it says that it is Gluten Free but not Wheat Free. Is this even possible?
