I recently found out about my gluten intolerance. I need to make an appointment with an allergist and really checked out.

I am allergic to shellfish as well and a lot of red ink has traces of it. It's more of a swelling and irritation when I got it. And it took a long time to heal. I talked to my artist as my husband and I are going to be fully tattooed. He told me just to maybe have a few more sessions instead of trying to do it in one sitting. Just in case.

I hope you see this in time! Publix is the major shopping for groceries in FL, it's expensive for gluten-free food. BUT all of their products are marked. if it is gluten-free then there is a purple dot with a gluten-free in it -

Hey! I'm Lisa Marie and I'm about to turn 22. I'm still in the pre-stages of being actually diagnosed but since I went gluten free I'm feeling better. This stinks since now I have to be conscious about the places my friends want to go. Plus side: Gluten free cookies from publix = the bomb.com -
