I am a celiac and acid reflux has been a problem for me. I would wake up in the middle of the night choking because I had regurgitated and then aspirated the fluid, not fun! I would have to go sit in a chair for a few hours until the reflux settled down. I found out that the main culprit causing my reflux is corn syrup, high fructose being the worst. So...
