  1. I haven't been officially diagnosed with celiacs, but I don't think I need any kind of test to tell me I have intestinal damage due to foods. I really watch my intake of dairy, gluten, wheat, (and now, soy). After 2 years I'm still uncertain about the gluten, since I rarely mess up on that one and it's usually coupled with an ingredient of soy or dairy...
