Hello everyone my name is Chris and I love Korean food (most I can eat) and I have Celiac Disease and IBS very bad to where I need to take medicine everyday so I'm a little worried, I've recently found Gluten Free Bulgogi Sauce and Korean Hot Pepper Paste but there are a few ingredients that make me worry one is Spirits and the other is Alcohol.
