That’s exactly my thought. Especially because all of my blood work came back negative and a biopsy diagnosed me! I feel like if even one part is positive that is more than what I had and I have it. -
Hi! My pediatrician recently had my son tested for celiac disease. His IgA came back negative, the IgG was positive. I, his Mom, have celiac disease and I am wondering if I should seek further testing with a GI doctor? The pediatrician said he was negative for celiac disease, I just want to make sure I do not miss anything. thank...

I just wanted to share my experience. I started with the endoscopy because I was having symptoms of a hernia + I had a colonoscopy at the same time to test for Chron's. While getting the scope the doctor noticed damage of the small intestine and did biopsies and they came back positive for Celiac disease. We followed up with the necessary blood work to confirm... -

This is good info. They at first thought I had Chron's but that all tested negative. I was not gluten free at the time of the blood panel. I called to see exactly what was tested in the blood draw, but still have not heard back. I had an endoscopy, colonoscopy and the "celiac panel" blood draw plus the genetic testing.
