  1. I've also found out I can't handle corn.... i use the app shop well... if it has any possible corn I stay away. I thought last night I would give refried beans a try cuz they use corn or canola oil and right away I could tell ?... i also have to buy my meats from the counter cuz most company put...

Hello... i got dignoised July 11th... since then I found out I can't handle corn, garlic or dairy.... her stomic might be extra sensitive right now.... im not a doc but I have noticed with out those three foods I have felt better but I belive I might have to cut out more good luck with you child...
  4. I have had a upset stomic for a while after going gluton free and ate pop corn and had a attack.. so its the corn ... xanthan gum is made from corn protein.. so just trying to learn my stomic and what upsets it...

  6. Hello- Was dignoised a month ago with celiac been sticking to a strict gluton free lifestyle but found out Friday that I have a corn sensitivity... how strick do I go with avoiding corn... because it's in everything I'm overwhelmed and confused please help!!!!!

I have been gluton and dairy free for a month so I'm still new but was also having pain and some nausea.... last night ate pop corn and had a bad attack.... turns out corn also has gluton in it but it's not considered as a dangerous gluton as of now so most gluton free stuff uses corn.. some people...
  8. I have anxity.... my doc gave me zanx .25 ... if it's bad I take 2 and helps me sleep... good luck anxiety sucks almost as much as celiac...
