  1. I'm making shredded beef in the crokpot for enchiladas and was wondering if anyone else out there has ever tried A La Orden brand canned red enchilada sauce and know if it's gluten free? I'm not seeing any ingredients which list wheat, barley, or any of that. Just modified food starch is what I'm wary about. Also something called hydrolyzed corn product.
  2. Is it just me or does anyone else out ther experience weekly constipation/ diarrhea, despite following a gluten-free diet? Every week find myself being constipated and don't know if it's medications or something to do with celiac? Have not had diarrhea in a long time but constipation is a regular occurance every week now. If anyone has any information,...
