Has anyone tried a gluten free beer? I haven't been able to find it. How is it? -
Has anyone heard of this blood test? It is for food sensitivities. I have been diagnosed as celiac for less than one year. I had this test done and it said that I am sensitive to whey, chicken, turkey, peanuts, soy, yeast, vinegar, rice, and not to mention coffee, lettuce, corn, squash, etc. I'm not supposed to eat these foods for three to six months, and...

I read a book called The Paleo Diet by Loren Cordain. Has anyone read this book? All you eat are protein, veggies and fruits, and 3 times a week you get open meals where you can have potato and rice, etc. It is gluten free by nature because it allows no starches or grains, or even dairy. My favorite breakfast recently is cold chicken breast and applesauce. I love the little servings of Santa Cruz organic apple sauce. When I'm feeling more ambitious i cook spinach and mushroom omelettes, also after I work out I LOVE a rice cake with mustard, sliced turkey, cheese (melted) and tomatoes!
