  1. Hey all! I'm wondering if Ozaprozin is gluten-free or not. I'm not sure... I started having some weird problems after starting to take it on Thursday, so I'm wondering if that could be the issue. Thanks in advance! Elizabeth
  2. thanks so much for all your help! I shall go see a doctor soon about this stuff. Elizabeth
  3. I've been gluten-free for six months. How long did it take for your pain to go away?
  4. No, I haven't been swing dancing with drunk friends. Not that I'm aware of at least... I know that arthritis runs in my family. Perhaps that could be the issue. Any other ideas tho....?
  5. Hey all! Sometimes I get really bad joint pain in my hands and wrists. I know that I am supposed to be CF, could it beacuse I somehow got some milk (goat's or cow's?). Or is this more commenly from gluten injestion? How am I supposed to react?? I've been taking liquid advil, but somedays it hurts sooo bad and it seems like it doesn't make a difference...
  6. What about losenges? What brands are gluten-free that you know of?
  7. Knowing my spelling skills... YES, it is the same as guar gum. My bad.
  8. You can do McDonalds if you go to one that is going to be considerate. I have one in our area that I will eat at, but anywhere else... nope. Their MM Mcflury is gluten-free, along with a bunliss hamburger. OR you could do what I do and order a salid with a bunless hamburger and put the hamburger on the salid. Sooo good.... Their ranch dressing is not dairy...
  9. we actualy use Guter gum instead of Xanthum. It costs about $10 less is what I've found. We just use it in the same quanitys, ect. as Xanthum gum.
  10. Charcoal? How exactly does it get rid of the gluten? Where do I get this stuff?? Elizabeth
  11. I get a reaction before I finish my meal - usually about 5 - 10 minutes into it. LBM sets in later that day and lasts for about two days, and the joint pain/brain fog lasts about 10 days. The sad thing is, the longer you're off, the worse your reaction seems to be.
  12. Hey all! I was dignoiced Decemeber '05 and have just these past two weeks been sick all the time. If I don't eat, I'm hungry, and if I eat, I feel like I could throw up. I also feel dizzy and tired.... As far as I know, I have not had any gluten for some time. Anyone else have this problem? Could it be that I'm allergic to something? Elizabeth
  13. This past month I've found myself very tired physcally after a little bit of hard work. I can especally tell thsn when I'm romping with kids - after about an hour and a half or so I'm dead. LOL. I've been gluten-free (mostly!) for about three months now. When I say "mostly" I mean that sometimes I do accidently eat small amounts of gluten... but nothing that...
  14. I am forever in your debt, as well as the debt of all the other people who kindly replyed to my post. Thank you.
  15. What about coffees that I would get other places, for example, Dunn Brothers?
