About Me

I was diagnosed with Celiac back in 2013. I was a bartender at Ruby Tuesdays Alexandria Kingstown. I started passing out, had lost 40 pounds. Looking back I always have been anemic (7-13 range), my weight has fluctuated over the years..I know keep 3 sets of clothes. After my initial diagnosis I had a endo/col with lab tests /pics confirming my diagnosis. I work in the medical field and am going to school to be a nurse. On Foursquare I have a list I have compiled of Gluten Free places to eat (Crownroyal1972)

Over my last 3 yrs I have converted my kitchen to be almost completely gluten-free.. the hubs now...
