Did Princess cruise lines have a gluten free menus? I have been trying to contact Princess cruise lines and they tell me they have gluten free menus, but they don't tell you what's on their menus.

There is a PFChangs right next to the Green Valley Ranch. There address is 101 S. Green Valley Pkwy. and their phone number is 361-3065. They have a great gluten free menu. One of the girls in our support group went to the Hyatt in Kaanapali and had a great gluten free experience. George, I went to the two bar seven ranch last summer and had a great time. I went with a girl friend from New Mexico and both of us enjoyed it. We had an amazing time in Napa, the hot air balloon ride made the trip even more special. I emailed Bistro Jeanty in Yountville (Napa), before we left and their cheif did not even know what gluten was. They were not very helpful at all, they should not have their name on a glute free site. I told them that and they said they never put it on that site...
